loan requests

 

The fondation arp can lend its works to art professionals during temporary exhibitions, in France or abroad.

Any loan request must be sent at least 9 months
before the start of the exhibition,

so that it can be reviewed and meet the administrative deadlines inherent in this type of request.

 

This request must be sent by post
to the President of the fondation arp :

The mail must specify

 

the name of the borrowing institution

 

the name(s) of the person(s) in charge of the exhibition

 

the title, dates and location of the exhibition, including
any details of travelling exhibitions

 

a presentation of the exhibition

 

the list of works requested

 

exposure and security conditions (facility report)

 

the contact information of the various contacts in charge

of the file

 

Applications will be considered according to

the following criterias

 

scientific relevance of the project

 

state of conservation of the requested work, its fragility,

its ability to travel and be displayed

 

quality and legal status of the borrower

 

conditions for conservation and safety of the exhibition site

 

availability of the work (work needed in the display

of the Foundation, or already planned fo another

exhibition)
